Representatives of Nazarbayev University conducted a series of meetings with leading schools in Riyadh and participated in the 16th Gulf Education Exhibition in Saudi Arabia.
During the visit, NU presented its educational and research opportunities, including academic programs, admission requirements, campus life, and scholarship options available to students from the region. Particular interest among Saudi students was shown in programs related to oil and gas, business and social sciences, education, and engineering.
The NU delegation visited several top private schools, each with more than 1,000 students. Additional online sessions for graduating students are planned in the coming months.
Nazarbayev University was one of the few institutions from Central Asia represented at the 16th Gulf Education Exhibition, joining leading universities from the West. The visit reaffirmed growing interest in studying in Kazakhstan and marked a significant step forward in NU’s internationalization efforts — one of the university’s key strategic goals.
