Anti-Harassment Policy

Nazarbayev University is committed to fostering a safe, welcoming, respectful, and inclusive learning and working environment for all members of the University Community. The Anti-Harassment Policy establishes the University’s principles for preventing and addressing harassment and other forms of prohibited conduct, as well as the procedures for reporting and reviewing complaints. The Policy applies to all University Community Members and sets out key principles including fairness, impartiality, confidentiality, respect for human dignity, timely review, and protection from retaliation.
