NU graduates have developed a “smart” test to estimate the probability of COVID-19 infection, which is now available for everyone to take at home. The test is in the form of a survey with questions and possible answers and is based on an Artificial Intelligence technology known as a neural network.

The official online opening of the “Leader of the New Formation” program, implemented by the NU Graduate School of Public Policy (hereinafter – NU GSPP), the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy of the National University of Singapore took place on September 7, 2020. The 2019 pandemic has made a difference in educational environments around the world – universities everywhere are introducing online courses and distance learning. In the spring semester, NU switched to distance learning using Moodle’s BigBlueButton, Zoom, Qualtrics, PowerPoint, electronic journals, e-books, textbooks, and other resources of the Innovation Training Center.
