Applications for the Transfer Students category are now open for admission to undergraduate programs at Nazarbayev University, available on a fee-paying basis only. Applicants must have completed at least one semester of an undergraduate program at a foreign or Kazakhstani university.
Minimum admission requirements:
- Minimum CGPA: 2.0 out of 4.0*
- English language requirement**:
- IELTS: no less than 6.0 overall (Writing – 6.0, Listening – 5.5, Reading – 5.5, Speaking – 5.5) or
- TOEFL: an equivalent score as published on the ETS website
*At the decision of the respective School, applicants with a CGPA lower than 2.0 may also be considered.
**Applicants who have completed at least one semester at a university where English is the language of instruction are exempt from submitting IELTS/TOEFL results.
