Deadlines for all types of grants*: February 13, 2026, 2 pm (Astana time) (for international applicants and the citizens of Kazakhstan)
Deadline for full tuition fee-paying applicants*:
– For International Applicants with visa required prior to arrival: June 1, 2026, 2 pm (Astana time)
– All other applicants (local and international): July 24, 2026, 2 pm (Astana time)
Application Fee*:
– Regular application fee: 15 000 KZT
– Late application fee: 45 000 KZT, within the last two weeks before the first approved deadline and during the extension period for accepting applications for participation in the admission process.
*Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Finance programs have different deadlines and application fee:
– Early: February 13, 2026, 2 pm (Astana time) (for international applicants and citizens of Kazakhstan). Application fee – 15 000 KZT;
– Regular: May 5, 2026, 2 pm (Astana time) (for international applicants and citizens of Kazakhstan). Application fee – 30 000 KZT;
– Late:
– International self-paid applicants with visa required prior to arrival: June 1, 2026, 2 pm (Astana time).
– All other self-paid applicants (local and international): July 15, 2026, 2 pm (Astana time). Application fee – 45 000 KZT.
How to Apply:
1️. Register on admissions.nu.edu.kz and create your Personal Account.
2️. Complete the application form and upload all required documents in your Personal Account.
3️. Pay the application fee and finalize your submission by pressing the “PAY AND SUBMIT APPLICATION” button.
Important: The application fee is non-refundable and must be paid online through the “My Application Forms” section using a bank card authorized for online transactions. Once submitted, applications cannot be modified.
Submission of IELTS/TOEFL Results:
Upload a scanned copy of your IELTS (except Online test) / TOEFL (except Home Edition) certificates in the “Upload IELTS/TOEFL results” section of your Personal Account.
