This conference brings together specialists in archeology, genetics and aDNA studies, history of climate change & disease, languages, and other fields. It highlights a new agenda for the interdisciplinary study of Eurasian populations at Nazarbayev University from the Bronze Age to our own day. The conference will include participation by leading specialists from the U.S., France, Hungary, Turkey, Japan, and Korea, plus participation of colleagues from Narxoz University and Nazarbayev University.
The conference includes a ceremony to mark the inauguration of the NU Archaeogenetics Laboratory (C4).
