ICEF Eurasia 2025 – A New Step Towards Global Educational Leadership

A delegation from the university participated in ICEF Eurasia 2025, a global event held in Istanbul, Turkey.

The event brought together representatives from the educational industry from over 30 countries across Eastern Europe, the Middle East, the Caucasus, and Central Asia, with more than 100 higher education institutions from around the world in attendance.

The delegation from NU was represented by Michael Lewis, Associate Professor at the School of Engineering and Digital Sciences, and Salidat Kobzina, Senior Manager at the Department of Enrollment Management.

Participants discussed the latest trends in student mobility and global educational strategies, establishing new connections with key stakeholders in international education. The NU delegates also showcased the university’s academic programs and opportunities for students from Eurasia. As part of the program, a meeting was held with Turkish high school students, where they were informed about NU’s admission requirements, academic programs, and vibrant student life.

Through this participation, NU has further solidified its position as a leading academic institution in Central Asia, forging new institutional partnerships and expanding collaboration in the field of higher education.
