The author attempted to define important lessons of the world financial crisis that might be considered in terms of studying the situation in the national economies of world leading countries and in Kazakhstan. The largest number of undergraduate students come from Astana – 138 people (27%), followed by Almaty – 60 (12%), Karaganda – 54 (10%), East Kazakhstan oblast – 38 (7%) and South Kazakhstan oblast – 35 (7%).

The total area of the facilities to be constructed, which includes a boiler-house and engineering communications, comprises more than 67,000 square meters. On December 22, 2011, the autonomous organization of education “NU” and JSC “Sembol Uluslararasy Yatyrym Tarym Peizaj Insaat Sanaii ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi” signed a contract for development of design estimate documentation and construction of the first start-up facilities.
