NU Graduate School of Education (NU GSE) in partnership with leading Finnish universities - Häme University of Applied Sciences (HAMK) and JAMK University of Applied Sciences (JAMK), launched a project to train university teachers. Supported by the World Bank and the Kazakh Ministry of Science and Higher Education, the project aims to introduce an enhanced model of teacher education and to adapt 30 educational programs.

NU Graduate School of Education (NU GSE) in partnership with leading Finnish universities – Häme University of Applied Sciences (HAMK) and JAMK University of Applied Sciences (JAMK), launched a project to train university teachers. Supported by the World Bank and the Kazakh Ministry of Science and Higher Education, the project aims to introduce an enhanced model of teacher education and to adapt 30 educational programs.

We are delighted to share that these outstanding individuals, comprising 8 graduates and a student, have been included in the 2023 Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve. This initiative, led by the head of state, aims to attract talented youth to the public administration system and cultivate a team of new managers across various fields.

Today the university has about 18,000 full-time students, with 15% of international students from 120 different nations.

HR employees from 26 employer partners, including Stadler Kazakhstan, Wabtec Corporation, Alstom, BI Group, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG Caucasus and Central Asia, Public Foundation "Teach for Qazaqstan" and others took part in the Employer Appreciation Event on December 14, 2023.
