After five years of work experience as an engineer, Mariam Shakeel decided to pursue her master’s at NU SMG. The experience was so great that she decided to pursue her PhD at the same university. Study International caught up with her to learn more about petroleum engineering studies, her PhD journey in Kazakhstan, as well as her plans after graduating.
