As part of the agreements, NU and Koç University will engage in student and staff exchange programs, facilitating the exchange of scientific, educational, and scholarly materials. Both universities have agreed to an annual exchange of two students from each institution, offering distinctive opportunities for students to immerse themselves in a different culture and academic environment, to engage in a world of intellectual exploration, creating a brighter and more interconnected future.
Established in 1993, Koç University is a non-profit private institution renowned for its diverse academic programs, including 22 undergraduate, 43 Masters, and 30 Ph.D. programs, catering to students from 70 countries. Consistently ranking among the top three universities in Turkey, Koç University is globally recognized, securing a position in the #401-500 range in the World University Rankings by Times Higher Education.
A noteworthy accomplishment for Koç University is the accreditation bestowed upon the College of Administrative Sciences and Economics and the Graduate School of Business by three prestigious international accrediting bodies: AACSB International, AMBA, and EQUIS. This recognition places Koç University in the group representing less than 1% of global business management schools to hold the esteemed "Triple Crown" of accreditations.
