Our guest speaker, Dr. Sharon Ravitch, Professor of Practice at the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education. She is a GIAN Scholar of the Government of India and Fulbright Specialist and an expert in global leadership development and organizational diagnostics. She is working with leaders, teams, and organizations to build systemic sensemaking practices for impactful organizational learning and adaptive change. Dr. Ravitch has published nine books on leadership and qualitative methods.
Description of the session: We will explore AI integration not simply as a technological matter, but as a question of learning, leadership, trust, institutional purpose, and the relationships we seek to build within and beyond teaching and learning. The session will consider the human dimensions of AI adoption through inquiry, care, creativity, and practical institutional judgement.
Format: Participants will meet in person, while the guest speaker will join online.
