Dear Faculty and Staff,
We are excited to announce that NU Staff Games 2025 as a part of Nazarbayev University’s 15th anniversary celebrations will take place on November 13 - 14 (Thursday and Friday). It provides a fantastic opportunity to connect beyond work, promote a healthy lifestyle, and enjoy time together in a friendly and active atmosphere.
The NU Staff Games is regulated by the special guidances and includes the following sports disciplines:
• Tug of war (Arkan tartu)
• Relay race
• Volleyball
• Table tennis
• Futsal
• 3x3 Basketball
As initially planned for later September, the NU Staff Games was rescheduled for November, we would like to request all interested to register by November 5 (Wednesday), even if you already did so in September, for participation to avoid any confusion due to possible changes in teams and plans. No request will be considered after November 5 as we need time to finalize the list of participants, get ready for the event and prepare the schedule!

Please, kindly notice that you may choose one or several disciplines - there are no limits. After the registration period is over, mixed teams will be formed randomly, ensuring balanced representation and gender balance.
Since the event will take place on working days, the Staff and Faculty members will be released from work during their games as agreed by their supervisors and administration.
