AQYL ALEM conducted a sociological study among Kazakhstani undergraduate students and found out whether students are satisfied or dissatisfied with the quality of education at their university, reports a correspondent of the Kazinform agency.
AQYL ALEM surveyed students from 43 of the largest universities in Kazakhstan. They were interested in the general satisfaction with the university among students, the stability of the schedule and subjects, assistance in finding a job, management, living conditions in the dormitory, and the availability of various sections. Separately, analysts noted the measures taken by universities to combat corruption.
In the overall ranking of all Kazakhstani universities, NU scored the most points. In addition, NU’s administrative and technical staff were named the most responsive employees.
AQYL ALEM also emphasised that almost all of the students surveyed complained about the living conditions in the dormitories. In this indicator, universities demonstrated the lowest scores. Out of 100 possible points, NU again scored the highest (71 points).
