German historian Robert Kindler published the book titled “Stalin’s Nomads.” This scientific monograph is based on real historical data about the causes and consequences of the famine in the Kazakh steppe in the 1920-30s. The books was translated into Kazakh. The presentation took place at NU. Participants discussed the value and content of the book. The meeting was moderated by historian and NU professor Mikhail Akulov, writes Egemen Kazakhstan.
