On March 14, 2018, in the course of the official visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan, the delegation of the Republic of Korea headed by Mr. Chung Sye Kyun (Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea) visited NU.
On behalf of NU, Mrs. Kadisha Dairova (Vice President on Student Affairs and International Cooperation) met with the guests, and talked about the establishment and achievements of the university.
Within the university tour, the guests had a unique opportunity to visit the School of Science and Technology Robotics Laboratory, and to speak to university faculty members from the Republic of Korea.
In addition, H.E. Mr. Kim Daesik (Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to the Republic of Kazakhstan), and Mr.Vladimir Bozhko (Deputy Chairman of Mazhilis Chamber of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan) accompanied the delegation.
Mr. Chung Sye Kyun greatly appreciated the development of NU, and wished it further success.
