Kazakhstani scientists mixed kumys, ayran and shubat bacteria into one synbiotic

Scientists from NU have developed a synbiotic containing bacteria from kumys, ayran and shubat. The resulting fermented milk drink was called "Nar".

Scientists from NU have developed a synbiotic containing bacteria from kumys, ayran and shubat. The resulting fermented milk drink was called “Nar”. Since the product is natural and made out of fresh milk, there are neither preserving agents nor dyes in its list of ingredients.
