More than 120 leading companies from across the country offered job opportunities to graduates of Nazarbayev University (NU) at the Job Fair.
The event took place as part of the Year of Skilled Professions, declared by the President of Kazakhstan, K. Tokayev. This year, the fair attracted a record number of employers from key sectors of the economy, confirming the high demand for NU students and graduates from both Kazakhstani and international businesses.
The graduate employment rate stands at an impressive 98%. More than 92% of graduates are employed in Kazakhstan. The 2025 Job Fair, organized by the Career and Advising Center, is a unique strategic platform where leading national companies specifically seek out talents from the university. Employers attest to the high quality of training provided at the university.
Innovative thinking and professional skills make NU students highly desirable candidates for companies that are not just looking for employees, but future leaders.
The employer exhibition provided an excellent opportunity for students and graduates to meet representatives of leading companies, learn about career prospects, and directly discuss employment opportunities.
Over 250 representatives from top companies in key industries and various regions of the country participated in the event. Students and graduates were able to hold direct meetings with HR directors and top managers about career opportunities, conduct brief interviews, receive feedback directly from company representatives, gain valuable advice, and establish professional connections.
The event garnered significant interest from industries ranging from automotive and engineering to IT/telecommunications and manufacturing.
This year’s fair was organized in collaboration with the Student Government Ministry of Education & Ministry of External Affairs, who took full responsibility for the event’s organization.
