The educational program is prepared exclusively for Kazakhstani business needs by the NU Graduate School of Business partnered with Duke Corporate Education (Duke University, USA). The national operator of the training program is the Entrepreneurship development fund “Damu”. This year shows a growing interest to the program. “This program gives you a real opportunity to discuss and define right decisions for your business, and find creative ways of solving your problems,” says last year’s graduate and head of a building company from East Kazakhstan, Kazhumkhan Kairdenov. A director of a tailoring firm in Almaty, Natalya Akhshabayeva noted that she was especially interested in practical assignments, and highly appreciated the opportunity to “network with interesting and creative people.” The first graduation of the program for Kazakhstani entrepreneurs occurred in November, 2011. Executive training programs are part of the programs offered by the NU Graduate School of Business.
