This is the second year that all AUA member universities host a joint education fair. From the official website of the fair, you could find the most up to date admissions information and video clips provided by the admissions offices of all the 15 leading Asian universities.
NU will hold two live sessions on October 9, 2022 at 10.30 AM (Astana city time) on Postgraduate Programs and at 3.30 PM (Astana city time) on Postgraduate Programs: PhD in Business Administration and PhD in Global Health.
Postgraduate Programs
Vice Provost for Academic Affairs Dr. Loretta O’Donnell will describe all the graduate programs available at NU, explaining ten reasons why NU is a great place for graduate studies.
Senior Manager of the Admissions Department, Ms. Makpal Shomenova, will discuss the admissions process, including how to apply for full scholarships and stipends, the opportunities for research collaborations and student life on campus.
PhD Program in Business Administration and PhD Program in Global Health
Associate Professor of Graduate School of Business Dr. Doron Israeli will present a new Postgraduate Program – PhD in Business Administration, which will be launched in 2023-2024 Academic Year. Professor of School of Medicine Dr. Antonio Sarria-Santamera will give a presentation about the PhD program in Global Health. Both presentations will be followed by Q&A sessions, where participants can ask questions related to students’ journey through graduate studies, including how students select a research topic, the role of core courses, and research collaborations within NU and with our national and international strategic partners.
Senior Manager of the Admissions Department, Ms. Makpal Shomenova, will answer any questions about graduate student admissions requirements, including applying for scholarships for international students, the cost of living in Astana, student life on campus, etc.
