NU informs that names and trademarks of the University are protected by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The University hereby notifies that its name and trademarks are protected under the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any unauthorized use of the University’s name (in Kazakh, Russian, English languages), logo, or other trademarks for commercial and non-commercial purposes, as well as the dissemination of false or misleading information regarding the University’s preparatory or other educational services may result in civil, administrative, or criminal liability.
In case of such violations, the University will initiate legal proceedings to hold the responsible parties accountable in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
