Nazarbayev University is pleased to welcome parents and family members to Family Day – a special event dedicated to welcoming and engaging the parents and family members of our students. Taking place on August 10, this event aims to strengthen the partnership between the University and students’ families by offering valuable insights into academic life, student support services, and campus resources.
Throughout the day, guests will hear from representatives of key University departments on topics such as academic programs, student wellbeing, campus housing, health and psychological services, safety, extracurricular activities, and career development. Attendees will also have the opportunity to learn about the University’s mission, values, and traditions, as well as ways to stay connected and support their student’s journey at NU.
To ensure all families feel welcome and included, the sessions will be held in two languages: Kazakh (Blue Hall) and Russian (Orange Hall).
We look forward to welcoming families to campus and sharing what makes the NU experience unique.
