This course is designed to support Kazakh business professionals who are seeking to collaborate with Chinese partners, as well as those who are already engaged in partnerships but face challenges in the process. To provide participants with a clear understanding of how to effectively work with Chinese colleagues, the course combines academic insights with the analysis of real business cases.
It explores key issues in China–Kazakhstan business cooperation, paying special attention to China’s highly competitive state capitalism and its culture characterized by a high level of contextual communication. Most importantly, the course addresses various practical aspects of these challenges, particularly the search for suitable Chinese partners and the deepening of collaboration with them.
Training format:
A 1.5-day in-person seminar in Astana, featuring expert lectures, group discussions, case analyses, and practical exercises.
