Deadlines for all types of grants:
- for international applicants: March 3, 2026, 2 pm (Astana time);
- for the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan: March 30, 2026, 2 pm (Astana time).
Deadline for full tuition fee-paying applicants:
- for international applicants with visa required prior to arrival: June 1, 2026, 2 pm (Astana time);
- all other applicants (local and international): July 17, 2026, 2 pm (Astana time).
Application Fee:
Regular application fee: 15 000 KZT
Late application fee: 45 000 KZT, within the last two weeks before the first approved deadline.
In order to apply follow the steps below:
1️. Register on admissions.nu.edu.kz and create your Personal Account.
2️.Complete the application form and upload all required scanned copies of documents listed in the Personal Account.
3️. Pay the application fee and finalize your submission by pressing the “PAY AND SUBMIT APPLICATION” button.
Important: The application fee is non-refundable and must be paid online through the “My Application Forms” section using a bank card authorized for online transactions. Once submitted, applications cannot be modified.
4. Upload a scanned copy/electronic certificate of your IELTS (except Online test) / TOEFL (except Home Edition) certificates in the “Upload IELTS/TOEFL results” section of your Personal Account.

Check your email for notifications from the Admissions Office and your Personal account to learn about your application status.
