The Health and Well-being Department invites the NU Community members to attend a professional lecture on: “Musculoskeletal Health at Work: Common Issues and Practical Solutions”.
The session will address common musculoskeletal disorders and complaints among people engaged in office based work, including those associated with prolonged sitting, limited physical activity, and poor ergonomics. The speakers will discuss practical approaches to prevention, early recognition of common problems, and maintaining musculoskeletal health in the workplace.
