This special event will unveil a suite of next-generation AI products built entirely by Kazakhstani experts — reflecting Kazakhstan’s commitment to technological independence, linguistic inclusivity, and cultural alignment — and is designed for representatives of the media, government institutions, industry experts, students, and university staff.
Following the launch of KazLLM (Dec 2024) and the ISSAI Update (July 2025), ISSAI is proud to introduce several new technologies:
- Oylan 3 — Multimodal AI for text, speech, and images, supporting Kazakh (Latin and Cyrillic) with advanced reasoning and RAG-enhanced analysis.
- MangiSoz 2.5 — Speech recognition, synthesis, OCR, and translation across Kazakh, Russian, English, Turkish, Chinese, and more.
- TilSync 2 — Real-time translation for events with QR-code access, translation history, dual subtitles, and macOS support.
- Beynele 2 — Multilingual image generation trained on Kazakh visual data, now with multi-image conditioning for photorealistic compositions.
- Mangitas 03 — A secure, compact on-premise inference server enabling all ISSAI models to run inside a closed network.
