Biography: Dr. Annus Azhar completed his Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration from Mississippi State University, USA. He has over three years of professional experience working for a government research institute. His primary research lies at the intersection of digital governance and finding innovative solutions to fostering social equity. His research has appeared in Economic Development Quarterly, Public Performance and Management Review, and Pakistan Development Review.
