Main Functional Responsibilities

 

1) monitoring and monitoring the implementation of projects for compliance with the corporate project management system and organization of drawing up and submission of project reports to management;

 2) implementation and monitoring of the implementation of the corporate project management system;

Main duties

 

1) Assist the head of the Project Management Office in coordinating and organizing the work of the Structural Unit;

2) perform work on the necessary technical calculations, on the development of schemes and drawings, ensuring their compliance with technical tasks, existing standards and regulatory documents;

3) ensuring cooperation and interaction with interested state bodies and non-state institutions on permits for successful implementation of projects.

4) takes part in solving technical issues on fixed objects throughout the entire period of design, construction, commissioning of the facility and development of design capacities.5) development and coordination of regulatory and regulatory documents defining the design of the corporate project management system;6) development, implementation and improvement of standards, guidelines, instructions and other documents of the corporate project management system, as well as project management principles (project charter, project plans, structure and composition of project teams, etc.);7) monitoring and monitoring the implementation of projects for compliance with the corporate project management system and organization of drawing up and submission of project reports to management;

8) systematize, process and prepare data for reporting on work;

9) perform work on registration of the planned and reporting documentation, make the necessary changes and corrections to the project documentation in accordance with the decisions taken during consideration and discussion of the work performed;

10) draw up descriptions of the work performed, the necessary specifications, diagrams, tables, schedules and other technical and project documentation;

11) plan and participate in project planning;

12) participation in the working groups set up by the Organization on matters within the competence of the project management office;

13) participation in the creation of a system of motivation and continuous upgrading of skills in the field of project management;

 14) mentoring for heads of departments, services and departments in terms of their training in enterprise standards and generally accepted international standards in the field of project management.

15) introduction of recommendations on elimination of non-constructive variety of ways of functioning of the Organization and structuring of work of the Organization;

Education:

higher education by specialty relevant post

6

professional work experience

 

the work experience is not less than 5 years; experience in projects, preferably financed from the state budget or government agencies.

Professional competencies:

Knowledge of the basics of project management

Personal competencies and qualities:

 

ability to work in a team (to observe the priority of the interests of the organization over the interests of the structural unit); stress resistance; communicability, responsibility, ability to solve tasks positively and constructively;

Knowledge of languages:

state, Russian, English (it is desirable)

Computer skills:

ability to work with programs Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet Explorer, Outlook Express
