Major functional responsibilities of the structural subdivision:
Recruitment and document management
Main job responsibilities:
Development, updating and compliance of internal documents of the human resources of the Institution.
Organising timely registration of hiring, transfer and termination of employment contracts in accordance with labor legislation and internal acts of the NLA.
Maintenance of established documentation on personnel and personnel records, as well as in the electronic systems of the NLA.
Maintenance of military records of employees.
Reporting on personnel issues to state bodies in accordance with the legislation and to the Founder.
Higher (profile or legal) education at least 5 (five) years or 3 (three) years with Master’s degree. Certificates of professional development for the last 2 years are welcome
Required work experience (duration, sphere of activities, other)
Not less than 3 years in the field of HR
Knowledge of the current labor legislation and other legal acts relating to the HR activities.
Soft competence and qualities:
Responsibility, accuracy, attentiveness.
Knowledge of languages, including the state language (list of languages, which the candidate must know)
Kazakh, Russian, English languages
Computer skills and knowledge of 1C program
