Manager, Office for Experience Sharing


Position name


Key and functional tasks of the position

1)     participation in the organization and organization of activities on experience sharing with Kazakhstani HEIs;

2)     organizational, information and analytical support of University experience sharing;

3)     interaction with Kazakhstani HEIs, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, academic organizations, other government agencies within his/her competence;  

4)        within his/her competence, participation in negotiation and development of draft agreements (memoranda, contracts) concluded with education organizations as part of University experience sharing;

5)     preparation of information and analytical materials within his/her competence;

6)        participation in organization of experience sharing activities, joint activities with Kazakhstani HEIs, participation in the annual Eurasian Higher Education Leaders Forum hosted by the University (organization of special experience sharing sessions);

7)        development of webpage on experience sharing and its maintenance.


–           Higher education, preferably higher education institutions with English as a language of instruction;

–           Master’s degree in social sciences (e.g. education management, international relations, public administration, etc.).

Required professional experience 

Work experience shall comply with one of the following requirements:

– with Master’s degree, professional experience should be not less than 1 years in the areas corresponding to functional areas of a specific position; or

– with Specialist or Bachelor degree, work experience should be at least 3 years in the areas corresponding to the functional areas of a given position in the public service, international and/or national companies, or at least 2 years of work experience at the University and/or its organizations.

–           Communication skills, responsibility, creativity.

Proficiency in languages

Excellent speaking and writing skills in Kazakh, Russian, English

Computer Literacy

A highly trained PC user
