Key functions and tasks of the Entity

Organizing of events complex directed on management, administration, information, documentation, material-and-technical, social-cultural and other maintenance and service of activity of Nazarbayev University LLC 

Providing of exploitation and repair of administrative and other buildings, engineer infrastructure, property, equipment, inventory, transport, technical and other items for full availability of Nazrbayev University LLC

Key functions

1)                  participating in preparing and developing of strategic and annual plan of Entity; 

2)                  participating in monitoring of key indicators of activities of Entity;

3)                  participating in formation and monitoring of  risk log of Entity;

4)                  formation present analytic report on Entity;

5)                  preparing information for presentation, speech and reports;

6)                  holding of marketing research of Entity, directing on need satisfaction of consumers;  

7)                  participating in development of activities on yield increase of activity of Entity;

8)                  monitoring and analyzing of price offers, inclusive of provided specification limits of products, work and services of Entity; 

9)                  providing information analysis content for publication of activity of Entity;

10)              performing of preparation and holding of events on increasing service quality and improving activity of Entity;



Higher education, Bachelor’s degree in: Management, Strategic management, Economics and marketing / Foreign university diploma is preferable 

Required work experience (duration, sphere and other)

existence of work experience in the sphere of economic/management at least 2 years

Professional skills and personal characteristics

analytic abilities; experience of drafting report, research note;  


communication; teamwork skills; stress resistance;

Language requirements, including Kazakh language (indicate languages you speak)

Fluent Kazakh, Russian and English languages (oral and written)

PC skills

Word, Excel, Power Point, Illustrator и Photoshop (preferable)
