Manager of  Communications Department

Key and functional tasks of the position

1) Development of a media plan and its implementation;

2) Preparation and implementation of the PR activity plan;

3)   Writing and editing of presentation and press materials about NURIS and Astana Business Campus Innovation Cluster (news, articles and other information materials);

4)   Work with the Media – organization of internal and external press events, conferences, meetings, surveys;

5) SMM – keeping existing accounts in social networks updated;

6)   Filling NURIS and Astana Business Campus Innovation Cluster websites with content;

7) Work with the contractors on the production of souvenirs and printed products.

Education

Higher education, bachelor’s or master’s degree with a major in journalism, public relations, communications or marketing.

Desired professional experience (duration, sphere, and other)

At least 3 year of experience in the areas corresponding to the functional areas of the current position.

Professional knowledge and personal qualities

•      Skills in preparation and presentation materials for the media, including electronic media;

•      Information Literacy, Writing, and Speaking Skills

•      Skills in digital-marketing, SMM;

•      Sociability, creativity;

•      Responsibility, independence, initiative.

Proficiency in languages, including state language, (provide list of languages)

Kazakh – preferable; Russian  and English (oral / written) – fluent;

Computer skills (programs, level)

A highly trained PC user;
