Key and functional tasks of the position | Forming of a register of planned purchases, organization and carrying out of purchasing procedure, development of drafts and concluding of contracts for purchases of goods, works, services, controlling of contracting parties carrying out their obligations on signed contracts and taking reasonable measures on their appropriate implementation, organization of goods acceptance, searching of products and price according to the set parameters,, controlling of pricing, monitoring and analysis of procurement . |
Education | Higher economic or juridical education. |
Desired professional experience (duration, sphere, and other) | At least 2 years of work experience in the sphere of procurement, logistics; knowledge of customs clearance procedure |
Professional knowledge and personal qualities | Analytical skills, purposefulness, communicative skills, self-starter. Knowledge of the Republic of Kazakhstan legislation in sphere of purchases |
Proficiency in languages, including state language, (list of languages) | Fluent in Kazakh, Russian and English. |
Computer skills: | High level PC skills (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office). |
