Key and functional tasks of the Center

·        Providing educational services;

·        Organizing and conducting language training programs and test preparation programs;

·        Organizing testing center activities;

·        Consulting potential applicants to international universities;

·        Organizing and conducting professional development program for educators.


Key and functional tasks of the position

Position considers combining teaching and coordinating functions:

1)          Teaching English language for adults:

·                Designing and teaching English course appropriate for adults;

·                Completing course syllabi

·                Observing classes and giving feedback

·                Conducting final tests

·                Monitoring attendance and evaluating student performance


2)          Organization and coordination of language and preparatory courses:

·                Developing program content (syllabi, programs, assessment tools, quality manual and other);

·                Organizing and conducting the courses (classrooms, schedule, paperwork management);

·                Working with course participants and organizing registration procedures (consultations, agreements, payments);

·                Teachers recruitment activities (selection, interview, demo lessons);

·                Monitoring courses quality (class observations, conducting and analyzing surveys, organization of teacher seminars);

·                Marketing activities (advertisement, working with website);

·                Working with legal entities (corporate courses);

·                Developing Center’s new programs.



Master’s degree obtained in an institution with English as a medium of instruction is mandatory, preferably in the area of linguistics or management in education.


Required professional experience 

–         Master’s degree holders – no less than 5 years of experience in teachers training, language training or educational program development in secondary and higher education.

– ability to work with customers, customer-focused approach;

– analytical approach to solving any task;

– ability to work individually and in teams (both local and international);

– ability to work within strict deadlines;

– ability to take responsibility for decisions made;

– positive attitude and ability to plan and adapt to changes;

– ability to work in a multistructural administrative environment;

– strong personal, oral and written and communicative skills;

– work experience in the area of this position.


Proficiency in languages

Oral and written fluency in Kazakh, Russian and English.


Computer Literacy

High level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
