Digital Creativity Laboratory “DC Lab” Project Administrator

Key and functional tasks of the Department

1) Coordination of the creation and development of the Digital Creativity Laboratory “DC Lab”;

2) Assistance in developing the basic approaches to the development of the physical infrastructure of the Digital Creativity Laboratory “DC Lab”;

3) Attraction of visitors and members of the Digital Creativity Laboratory “DC Lab”;

4) Search and attraction of speakers and mentors of the Digital Creativity Laboratory “DC Lab”

Key and functional tasks of the position

1) Interacts and describes services of the Digital Creativity Laboratory “DC Lab” to the visitors;

2) Conducting office work: coordinating and conducting contracts with suppliers, potential speakers as well as finalizing praecipes etc.

3) Interacts within the Structural Subdivision with the structural subdivisions of the Institution on issues within its competence;

4) Assistance in working out possible areas of cooperation (joint projects with companies).

5) Organization of activities aimed at forming the community of the Digital Creativity Laboratory “DC Lab”;

6) Organization of seminars, round tables, forums, conferences, etc. for the exchange of ideas, experiences and development of networking;

7) Organization of educational trainings and master classes

Education

Higher or specialist degree in:

Business development;

Economics;

Marketing;

Management;

Finance;

and other related fields, relevant to the activities of Astana Business Campus.

Desired professional experience (duration, sphere, and other)

Not less than 1 year in the areas corresponding to the functional areas of the department.

Professional knowledge and personal qualities

Ability to work effectively on an individual basis and as a member of the domestic and international team; 

Experience of work with representatives of different cultures;

Ability to function effectively within the limited time constraints;

Reports, policy briefs, letters writing skills;

Interpersonal and organizational skills.

Proficiency in languages, including state language, (list of languages)

Kazakh (oral / written) – fluent [preferable];

English (oral / written) – fluent [required];

Russian (oral / written) – fluent [required].

Computer skills

A highly trained PC user (Microsoft Office)
