Call Center Operator for Admissions Department


Key and functional responsibilities of division: Implementing Strategic Plan for enrollment and admission to Foundation Year Program, postgraduate program, graduate programs;   
  Planning, organizing and performing public awareness activity of the University related to admission to academic programs; 
Key and functional responsibilities of position: Advisory support for admission to all programs of “Nazarbayev University” in Kazakh, English and Russian; 
  Contact data for “Nazarbayev University” in whole, exams dates;
  Calling candidates, when necessary;
  Phone calls analytics;
Business trips: not applicable
Education: Higher education
Desirable professional experience  (length of service, field, industry, etc.): At least six months in equivalent position 
Professional knowledge and personal characteristics: Well-bred speech, stress tolerance, readiness to work in shift-based working hours, readiness to work with a great deal of information.
Language proficiency, including Kazakh language, (specify exactly): Fluency in Kazakh, Russian and English.
Computer skills (programs, proficiency): High computer skills (MS Office 95\98\2000\2007, MS Windows 95\98\XP\Vista, Internet)
