Graduated from Aeronautical Engineering, Cairo University in 1995. Awarded two master degrees, first at Cairo University in the area of modeling indoor air flows in mechanically ventilated rooms using computational fluid dynamics. The second degree was from the University of Notre Dame, in the area of rotor/stator interaction noise. My doctorate degree was in the area of rotor/stator interation noise, and passive noise reduction using vane lean, sweep, variable vane area configurations.
