The fourth cohort of the School focused on analytics and digital tools in data-driven decision-making.

The Senate School of Analytics, an initiative designed to equip professionals with analytical tools and expertise, recently concluded its fourth session, focusing on how data can shape governance. Over the past eight weeks, participants engaged in intensive coursework, collaborated with leading experts, and developed team-based research projects.

On the final day, Dr. Waqar Ahmad, President of Nazarbayev University, delivered a keynote lecture titled "Evidence-Based Policy and the Role of the Academic Community." His speech underscored the growing need for rigorous data analysis in shaping effective government policies.

Maulen Ashimbayev, Chairman of the Senate of Kazakhstan, also emphasized the growing influence of analytics and digital technologies on economic development, public policy, and business. He noted that the knowledge gained through the program would empower participants to make more effective decisions.

The central theme of this session was ‘Analytics and Digital Tools in Data-Driven Decision-Making.
