NU hosts QAA Accreditation site visit

Share this articleNU recently welcomed a team from the UK Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA) as part of the International Quality Review (IQR).
This visit marks a significant step in NU's journey toward institutional accreditation.
During the three-day site visit, international experts in higher education engaged with students, faculty, and staff, thoroughly assessing NU’s quality systems, teaching and learning approaches, student support services, and facilities. The review aimed to evaluate the university's compliance with the European Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance (ESG).
Dr. Duncan Priestley, NU's General Director of Institutional Effectiveness, highlighted the importance of this process, stating, "Achieving institutional accreditation will be a milestone for NU, affirming that our education, infrastructure, and student services meet global standards."
