Kristina Monchenko

Kristina Monchenko holds a state certification as a commercial assistant with specialization in foreign languages (Russian, English) from Didactica Vocational School for Economics and Administration in Berlin (Germany). She earned a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the School of Economics and Law in Berlin (Germany). The focus of her studies was on Human Resources, Marketing and Entrepreneurship. During her studies, she completed her instructor aptitude ordinance. At the beginning of 2017, she graduated from the Humboldt University in Berlin (Germany) with a Master of Arts in Central Asian Studies. While she was studying, she worked part-time as an adult education instructor for private companies and during her internship in Ukraine at the Centrum for European Integration she was one of the project leaders for the educational sector. During the DAAD summer school in Uzbekistan, she gave extra tuition to the students from different language studies.

As a native speaker German, Russian and Ukrainian, her teaching is based on a strong communicative approach making the learning of foreign language enjoyable: especially with such a difficult but beautiful one as German. She is the new German instructor and official representative of the DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) at the Nazarbayev University until July 2018.
