Executive MBA (EMBA)

Applicants to the GSB EMBA program are expected to have:

  1. At least 5 years of work experience. The candidates are normally expected to have management positions in national companies, business entities, public institutions, non-governmental or international organizations. Applicants must submit the following documents:

Applicants who obtained an academic degree from a foreign educational institution where English is the primary language of instruction can be exempted from submission of the TOEFL or IELTS tests. GSB recognizes that some exceptional EMBA candidates with lower IELTS or TOEFL scores will bring other valuable attributes to the EMBA program. Therefore, the Admissions Committee may assess and recognize the English language proficiency of the applicants who have scored lower than specified. To support such candidates, simultaneous Russian translation and translation of in-class materials may be made available.
  8. Valid GMAT or GRE Test Report. Although an official GMAT or GRE score is not an essential requirement, an applicant with limited quantitative experience can strengthen her/his application with a competitive GMAT or GRE score;
