The Graduate School of Public Policy has one goal: to improve the overall quality of life amongst the people in not only Kazakhstan but also the people of Central Asia. With the help of faculty who are actively engaged in researching civil service reforms, modernization of the public service, and more, the goal is to educate students who will raise the standards of governance. The NUGSPP programs enable students to understand better key factors that contribute to the creation of sound public policies, which lead to good governance.
