Master of Engineering Management

The Master of Engineering Management degree program is offered by NU School of Engineering and Digital Sciences in partnership with NU Graduate School of Business. The aim of the program is to prepare students with the technical skills and business knowledge for leadership of engineering-related units of enterprises with innovative solutions for complex business problems.

This NU collaboration generated a curriculum that combines analytical, mathematical, and scientific knowledge with business practices in enterprise to create leaders with innovative solutions to problems in engineering businesses.

By emphasizing the need to adapt and apply analytical concepts, students become effective managers in projects, operations, supply chain, data, marketing, and research and development. This is truly the MBA of engineering.

The MEM program emphasizes adapting and applying analytical skills and scientific knowledge into business practice. Students learn about project management, operations management, supply chain management, engineering management, engineering economy, quality and lean management, marketing, R&D management, new product development, entrepreneurship, business ethics, business strategy, business communication, leading change and innovation, and many other aspects of managing a successful business. The unique combinations of engineering concepts and training in business make MEM a highly valued program that leads to frequent career advancement.
