Master of Arts in Political Science and International Relations

The School of Sciences and Humanities’ Master of Arts in Political Science and International Relations program is an applied graduate degree program that produces advanced political scientists. It is also the first of its kind in the entire country whose graduate-level political science syllabus and coursework is delivered in the English language.

The faculty is comprised of renowned political science and international relations experts and professors from North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia, most of whom have doctoral degrees from American and European universities.

As with most of the graduate-level programs from NU’s School of Sciences and Humanities, the curriculum of the master’s degree in political science and international relations is delivered via a student-centered approach, the benefits of which include small classes. This ensures enrolled students have more direct access to their professors to receive better guidance in the coursework (including research projects) and tutoring tailored to their academic paths.
